  • Presentation of technical papers on the Split, Croatia Project in Belfast, Northern Ireland; at the World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Healthy Cities Conference (2004); at the Global Health Council’s conference on Youth at Risk (2004)
  • Member, Practice Standards Re-Adoption Group (PSRAG) (assisting the Office of Local Public Health Practice and Regional Systems Development/NJDHSS with the rulemaking and re-adoption process)
