CN8 Features SPH Students - Cookbook
The Comcast Network's local CN8 station recently featured on its morning show two SPH students preparing two of the nearly 100 recipes from the new V.O.I.C.E.S. Cookbook entitled Healthy Helpings...and a few tasty transgressions!
Master of Public Health students Esther Jo and Chizoba Nwankwo were interviewed on "Your Morning" by one of CN8's morning anchors, Greg Coy, during their preparation of the "Spicy Watermelon" and "Pumpkin Pie Smoothies" recipes from the cookbook.
