Positions for Graduates
Most graduates will already have experience in public health and will be using their training in this department to extend into new areas or to attain supervisory or managerial positions in environmental/ occupational health. Environmental health students are likely to qualify as public health officers on the state or local level. Occupational health students are likely to become health and safety officers in the private sector or health specialists in the public sector. Some individuals may wish to obtain more advanced technical degrees such as MS in Industrial Hygiene or a PhD.
