The Piscataway/New Brunswick Campus, situated in central New Jersey, has been highly successful in offering public health masters' and doctoral programs, pursing public health research, and sponsoring service programs at the community, state national and international levels for the past fifteen years. It has many community health agencies available to students for project work and practicum experiences. The area is the home of Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, Colgate Palmolive, Revlon, and other technically oriented companies. The areas of concentration are designed for health practitioners with prior work experience in the health field for those with a degree in health sciences or related field. The concentrations on this campus include biometrics, environmental and occupational health, epidemiology, health systems and policy and health education and behavioral science. Since 1983, the campus has graduated more than 600 masters degree candidates and, since 1992, eight doctoral degrees candidates. The campus has over 250 students and graduates approximately 60 MPH and doctoral degree students annually.The Master's program is planned to accommodate working professionals as full or part-time students and to focus on job related areas of concentration. Courses are offered in the late afternoon and early evening. The Piscataway/New Brunswick Campus office is located at the School of Public Health building in Piscataway.
